Planning Commission Meeting

Monday, April 7, 2025, 6:00 PM

Members Present: Charlotte Carnes, Colbi Johnson, Hunter Collins, Brenda Reynolds and Dan Cypert

Meeting called to order at 6:00 PM.

  1. Public Hearing: Drake Landing PZD – Legal Description Review

The project has been heard by the planning commission. There was a typo in the legal description (“west” replaced with “east”). The city attorney sent the review back to planning to discuss. The public and PC are not discussing the project itself, but the legal description.

Cypert motioned to approve. Carnes seconded.

Legal description approved 5-0.

  1. Public Comments

Ray Stewart. He is on contingency for a parcel of land for a parcel that has previously been split. PC advised that any parcel split from these four parcels will be subject to subdivision regulations: to include utilities, sidewalk, etc.

Carnes motioned to adjourn. Collins seconded. Meeting adjourned at 6:42 PM.
