City Council Special Meeting Minutes
Tuesday, January 7, 2020
Meeting called to order at 6pm.
Those attendance: Mayor Groom, Misty McCard, Larry Forrester, Lee Guthrie, Beckey Center, Rebecca Lawson, Bill Yoes, Diane Reed, Justin Reed, attorney Josh Bailey and Chief Ricker.
Lisa Thornton came into meeting during 2020 Budget Discussion

2020 Budget Discussion
Attorney Bailey discussed the consequences for and unapproved budget.
Thornton passes a temporary spending resolution to pay bills for the month of January based on 2019 Budget with 3% salary increases. Lawson 2 nd the motion on the temporary spending budget.
Passes 8-0
