Members Present: Bill Yoes, Colbi Johnson, Hunter Collins and Charlotte Carnes

Meeting called to order at 6:00 PM.

 

  1. Public Hearing: Cate, 10211 SW Campbell Rd Lot Split
    • Andy Hooper to present. Parcel contains roughly 12 acres on Campbell Road. The intent is to be spilt into two lots. Tract one is 2.13 acres, tract 2 is 9.91 acres. Currently zoned R-E residential estate. Both properties contain adequate road frontage, utility access and meet all requirements for current zoning.
  2. Cate, 10211 SW Campbell Rd Lot Split
    • No PC comments.
    • Johnson motioned to approve. Carnes seconded. 4-0 approved.
  3. La Mangonada 201 N Main Ave Sign Permit Application
    • PC checked the design standards pattern book to ensure the C-1 zone sign was within regulations.
    • Carnes motioned to approve signage. Yoes second. Approved 4-0.

    • No public comments.

 

Carnes motioned to adjourn the meeting. Yoes seconded. Approved 4-0. Meeting adjourned at 6:17 PM.
