Members Present: Brenda Reynolds, Charlotte Carnes, Bill Yoes, Dan Cypert, Colbi Johnson
Meeting called to order at 6:00pm.
1. Annexed Area Zoning Map
• Last month’s meeting addressed proposed zoning for recently annexed parcels, as well as cleaning up parcels that GIS doesn’t match up;
• Map was presented at last month’s Council meeting for any public input;
• This meeting presented a third opportunity for public comment and the map will be presented at the next Council meeting for final public input and adoption.
• No public opposition to proposed map; comments were in support; no changes were made to the proposed zoning shown on the map and PC agreed to present to Council as the PC’s final proposal.
2. Public Comments
• attorney present to inquire about potential CUP in planning area, map was reviewed and proposed zoning discussed regarding the pertinent ; area;
• criteria for CUP review was discussed and Code section provided;
• alternate traffic route was discussed as an option to list on the CUP request;
• CUP request will be submitted by cutoff date
Motion to adjourn by Yoes; 2nd by Cypert; pass 4-0.
