Planning Commission Minutes

6:00 PM at City Hall

The Commission reserves the right to reprioritize its consideration of the items on the agenda. Commissioners present: Brenda Reynolds, Bill Yoes, Charlotte Carnes, Lee Guthrie, Paula Schoonover. Called meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

1. Public Hearing, Lot Split Request: Bettie Horn, 315 N. Letitia
Matthew James: intent to split to divide between children of the estate. Two lots. No
public comment/objection.

2. Public Hearing, Lot Split Request: Ronnie Adams, 440 W. Circle Drive. Ron Adams, to put in a small house on Tract B; currently there is a structure on Tract A. No issues with the lot split itself; the question owners must address is access to utilities. Question from public about tree removal; no more necessary.
Public hearing adjourned: 6:30 Motion made by Commissioner Schoonover, 2 nd by Commissioner Carnes, to approve lot split on 315 N. Letitia. Pass 5-0.

3. Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, 2 nd by Commissioner Yoes, to approve lot split on 440 W Circle. Pass 5-0.

4. Discussion of Tiny Homes
Discussion on tiny homes to begin the process of possibly allowing tiny homes in our
zoning. Motion made to read the minutes by Commissioner Carnes, 2 nd by Commissioner Yoes. Pass 5-0.
Motion to approve minutes by Commissioner Yoes, 2 nd by Commissioner Carnes. Pass 5-0.
