Submissions & Deadlines – Planning Commission

All meetings begin at 6:00 PM. Meetings are typically the first Monday of each month unless it is a holiday.

The submittal deadline for development items is the 5th day of the month preceding the Planning Commission meeting date. If the 5th falls on a Saturday, Sunday or federal holiday, the deadline is the day before.

For example: If the 5th falls on a Saturday, the deadline is Friday the 4th. If the 5th falls on a Sunday, the deadline is Friday the 3rd. If the 5th falls on a federal holiday on a Monday, the deadline is Friday the 2nd. If the 5th falls on a federal holiday on a Wednesday, the deadline is Tuesday the 4th, etc.
