Minutes of the Greenland City Council April 9, 2018

Meeting called to order at 6pm. Those in attendance: Mayor Groom, Stephanie Sharp, Eric Bryant, Larry Forrester, Danny Dutton, Beckey Center, Patricia Lindabury, Justin Reed, Chief Ricker, Danny Wright,
and various guests.

Motion by Reed, 2nd by Bryant to approve the March’s council minutes. Motion passes 6-0.

Lisa Thornton present
Motion by Dutton, 2nd by Forrester to approve the March’s treasurer's report. Motion passes 7-0.

Brenda Reynolds presented the planning commission report.

Building Inspector Report: New construction permit pulled. Inspection done on park lights.

Chief Ricker presented the court and police report. Chief ordered $13,000 worth of computers for the police vehicles. 90% of that will be paid with a grant.

Audit Report: Our audit for 2015-16 is complete and there were no major findings.

Speed Bump on Letitia: Brian and Jackie Phillips did a presentation on while they feel a speed bump is needed on Letitia. Council had some questions and will re-visit the issue in May. Motion to adjourn at 6:49 by Thornton, 2nd by Bryant. Motion passes 7-0.
