Minutes of the Greenland City Council January 8, 2018

Meeting called to order at 6pm. Those in attendance: Bill Groom, Stephanie Sharp, Eric Bryant, Larry Forrester, Danny Dutton, Beckey Center, Bill Yoes , Pat Lindabury, Justin Reed, Chief Ricker, Danny Wright and various guests.

Motion by Dutton, 2nd by Forrester to approve the December’s council minutes.

Motion passes 7-0.

Motion by Dutton, 2nd by Forrester to approve the December’s treasurer’s report.

Motion passes 7-0.

Brenda Reynolds presented the planning commission report.

Building inspector report: 1 mechanical permit pulled.

Chief Ricker presented the court and police report.

Culver Property: Mayor informed the council that the city received a letter from ADEQ that stated the city is a step closer to final approval.

Chairperson of the council: Motion by Dutton, 2 nd by Bryant to appoint Lisa Thornton as council chairperson. Motion passes 7-0.

Motion to adjourn at 6:31 by Dutton, 2nd by Bryant. Motion passes 7-0.
