Meeting called to order at 6:00pm
Those in attendance Mayor Groom, Misty McCard, Larry Forrester, Jim Renfrow, Chalon Ragdale, Justin Reed, Rebecca Lawson, Diane Reed, Bill Yoes, Attorney David Hogue and various guests.

Justin Reed motioned to amend to move Introduction of the Judge and Court Clerk under comments, Rebecca Lawson 2nd motion. Passes 7-0
Introduction of the Judge and court Clerk discussion- Court Clerk Mary Norman and Judge Terra Stephenson were present.
Comments: Jovey Marshall spoke regarding the flooding on Lola lane. The City of Greenland will take steps to look at fixing the flooding on Lola Lane.
Justin Reed motioned to approve April minutes, Jim Renfrow 2nd motioned 6-0-2
Lisa Thornton motioned to approve April Special, Jim Renfrow 2nd motioned minutes 7-0 Justin Reed abstained
Lisa Thornton motioned to approve April treasurer’s report, Jim Renfrow 2nd motioned 9-0
Court & Police Report- Chief gave report.
Building Inspector Report- Troy Enochs gave report.
Planning Commission Report- Brenda Reynolds gave report.

Lisa Thornton motioned to approve Ordinance 353 by title only, Jim Renfrow 2nd motion.
Chal Ragsdale motion to amend Ordinance 353 to 1.00 acre or greater, Justin Reed motioned to 2nd motion Passes 8-0

Jim Renfrow motioned to read the amended Ordinance 353 on the first reading, Justin Reed 2nd motion

Part time position/Budget- Jim Renfrow motioned to approve $14,000 in the budget for the part time position, Chal Ragsdale 2nd motion. Passes 8-0
Vacant houses being zoned commercial and not maintained-discussion regarding the demolition, building inspector will have to give the City a letter saying the houses are uninhabitable.
Announcements: Chief mentioned his date of retirement and would like have his Patrol rifle upon retirement.
