- Planning Area Expansion Discussion
- Mayor Renfrow has informed the PC that it has been roughly 10 years since the last planning area expansion. The intent is to ensure the city’s planning area is extended to maximize the City’s input for areas outside the city limits. Having the additional area in the City of Greenland’s planning area allows the city to ensure city standards and future expansion intent are met. The PC has requested the City Council proceed with steps to expand.
