Members Present: Brenda Reynolds, Hunter Collins, Charlotte Carnes, Bill Yoes Meeting called to order at 6:00 P.M.

1. Status Update:
   1. Tentative review of bike trail map (attached) which will be on next month’s Agenda for formal discussion and public Tentative bike trail was established several years ago during mapping updates. The path has been revised from going through an area close to the industrial zone, to more appropriately follow along the top of Wilson when/after the development along Lillie/Wilson and widening of Wilson occurs. It will then follow along Wilson and cross over toward the Community Center and out to Highway 71 and move north to connect to the Fayetteville’s bike trail. Next month’s meeting will constitute a “public hearing” for citizens who would like to give input on this.
   2. Discuss tentative status of Schuber Mitchell subdivision project— no relevant update at this time.
   3. General discussion of old gas station (across from airport): there has been a lot of increased interest and, current understanding is that offers have been unsuccessful.
   4. Code work: Hopeful that Council can get the ordinance(s) passed at its next meeting so that changes suggested/made in February can take effect and be implemented.
