Item has been withdrawn by applicant.

2. Public Hearing – AutoHouse, 492 N. Main, Conditional Use Permit

The applicant advises that the business is moving locations from the right of Dollar General to the left of Dollar General and constructing a new building (Small Scale Development). No planning commission comment. No public comment.

3. AutoHouse, 492 N. Main, Conditional Use Permit

The PC ensured that the vehicles will be behind fencing and or screening so they will not be visible from US-71. No further discussion.

Yoes motioned to approve. Carnes second. Approved 5-0.
