Commissioners present: Brenda Reynolds, Bill Yoes, Charlotte Carnes, Lee Guthrie, Paula
Schoonover. Called meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

1. Presentation by Tom Waggoner regarding Community Solar
Community Solar Partners; solar gardens; leasing or buying property on either
side of Bailey Road (7 or 8 acres—across from the north end of the airport) and
hope to develop solar stand-alone generators. No grading or dirt work except for
installing conduit; no concrete work. Utility facility permitted in C-1/C- 2 and that
is currently the property zoning.
2. Presentation by Avery Johnson regarding lot split
Presentation for lot split in planning area.
3. Alcohol Code Review – incorporating changes from legal counsel input
Reviewed the rest of the city attorney’s comments. Chair will make the
corrections as discussed by commission. Chair will send corrected ordnance to
Commissioners & attorney for review.

Commissioner Schoonover made the motion to review minutes; Commissioner Carnes 2 nd . Pass 5-0.
