Planning Commission Minutes

Commissioners present: Brenda Reynolds, Bill Yoes, Charlotte Carnes, Lee Guthrie, Paula Schoonover. Called meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

1. Alcohol Code Review – incorporating changes from Council input
Planning Commission reviewed Danny Wright’s edits of the Alcohol Code.
2. Major Subdivisions & Minor Subdivision Application, Final Review: PC is good with the applications in their current format.
3. Conditional Use Application, Variance Application – Final Review: PC is good with
the applications in their current format.

Motion made by Commission Yoes to read the minutes; Commissioner Carnes 2nd ; passed 5-0.
Motion made to approve minutes by Commissioner Yoes; Commissioner Carnes 2nd , passed 5-0.
Motion to adjourn by Commission Guthrie; seconded by Commissioner Schoonover; Passed 5-0.
